You have reached the website of the Stephens Hills Property Owners Association, Holiday Shores, Subdivisions II and III. Welcome. Chartered in 1976, we are a subdivision with separate sections located along Lake Livingston on Hwy 156.
Though separated by land, we operate under one Homeowners Association.Thus Stephen's Hills Property Owners Association, SHPOA, is our governing body.
They meet once a month to conduct business and there is one general meeting a year for our annual reports and elections. Minutes from those meetings are posted on this website under the History button.
They are posted promptly after each meeting and go into details so that property owners can keep up with the happenings in our community.
We have one large boat ramp and one small ramp with access to the lake. Our club house and picnic area is in Sub III and we maintain a
large swimming pool in the same area. Our maintenance fees are currently $100 per lot per year with no utility taxes. Neighborhoods are safe and friendly and yards are well maintained. The following information offers you the opportunity to contact us with your comments or questions.
